How much charge will I receive?

It depends on your vehicle. Our generator delivers a continuous Level 2 charge at 36A / 240V. For efficient sedans and crossovers — Tesla Model 3, Model Y, Chevy Bolt, Hyundai Ioniq 5/6, Kia EV6 — expect roughly: 20-minute session: ~8–15 miles added 30-minute session: ~12–22 miles added 45-minute session: ~22–35 miles added For large trucks and SUVs with 80-amp onboard chargers — Ford F-150 Lightning, GMC Hummer EV, Chevy Silverado EV, Cadillac Lyriq, Chevy Blazer EV — charging takes longer per percentage point because of the vehicle’s large battery capacity. These vehicles add fewer miles per session and require more time before they will drive. We strongly recommend the 45-minute package for all trucks and large SUVs at 0% charge. When you call, give us your make and model — we’ll confirm exactly what to expect and recommend the right package before we roll.

How long does it take for you to arrive?

We typically arrive within 30–60 minutes depending on your location along the I-5 corridor from Vancouver to Centralia. When you call or submit a request, we’ll give you a specific ETA right away.

Do you work with all EV makes and models?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We carry universal adapters compatible with CCS, CHAdeMO, J1772, and Tesla (NACS) connectors. Whether you drive a Tesla, Rivian, Ford, Chevy, Hyundai, BMW, or any other EV, we can charge it.

What if I need to cancel the call?

A $99 service fee applies if a service call is cancelled after 30 minutes of dispatch or if we are unable to safely complete service at the location. To avoid the fee: cancel within 30 minutes of dispatch (no charge), or complete your service call (fee is waived).

Is this really cheaper than a tow?

Absolutely. A typical flatbed tow for an EV can cost $250–$500+ depending on distance. Our sessions start at $199 for 20 minutes, $279 for 30 minutes, and $349 for 45 minutes — all cheaper than a tow, plus you avoid the risk of damage that can come with towing an EV.

No problem! We service drivers everywhere along our I-5 corridor — apartment complexes, college campuses, car rental agencies, office parks, shopping centers, and more. Anywhere your EV is, we'll come to you.

For one-time service requests, we accept all major credit and debit cards via Square. You can also sign up for a membership plan through our website — memberships are billed through Stripe with secure recurring payments.
